The QBPC aims to improve China’s IP administrative enforcement and judicial protection, perfect its IP rights-related laws and regulations, develop a fair and orderly environment for economic growth and drive the formation of a new era of harmonised open innovation.

The QBPC has evolved into an effective bridge, linking member companies with China’s central and local governments, domestic and foreign law enforcement agencies, institutional bodies, domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, academia, the media and the international community, as well as with each other.
